Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log into your account and head to ‘subscriptions’.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will continue to benefit from the paid subscription service from the remainder of the month in which you cancelled your subscription.

Each subscription plan includes Market Prices from LAA member livestock markets across England and Wales for sheep, cattle and pigs.

We offer subscription plans for Daily & Real-Time Prices, as well as Enterprise, each providing different levels of insights, frequency of updates and additional livestock categories to suit your business.

If you’re a regular customer (buyer or vendor) of an LAA member livestock market, you can benefit from free access to our Daily Prices subscription plan, usually charged at £4.99 p/m.

To qualify, on sign up, you will be required to select the LAA livestock market you are a customer of and provide your unique vendor/ buyer account number, for that market. You must have actively traded in that market within the previous 12 months. The LAA regularly audits free access registration from customers of LAA member livestock markets.

The LAA and it’s membership reserves the right to withdraw free access to paid subscription plans on a discretionary basis at any point.

If you are an LAA member or part of an LAA corporate member livestock market, you could benefit from free access to our Real-Time subscription plan, usually charged at £10.99 p/m. Contact the LAA to request your unique LAA vendor number.

To qualify, you will need to be an LAA individual member (fellow, associate or student) or be part of an LAA corporate member market or LAA associated auctioneering business and have an LAA member market email address (i.e.name@meltonmowbraymarket.co.uk). Once you have completed the sign up process, the LAA team will manually verify your information and ensure you are subscribed to the Real time plan, free of charge. Each market member has a limited number of email addresses eligible for free access to the Real Time Prices subscription plan.

The LAA reserves the right to withhold free access to paid subscription plans on a discretionary basis at any point.

Subscription plans are paid via credit or debit card, on a rolling monthly basis. For our Daily Prices & Real Time Prices subscription plans, you will be required to set up a payment method on registration.

You may change your payment method at any time on your user dashboard. You can also manage your payments and download your receipts from here.

We use strict procedures and security features to safeguard your personal information and use a recognised third party secure online payment system. To find out more, head to our Privacy Policy.

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, we suggest you try the following:

• Refresh your account by logging in and out again. This should ensure that your subscription details are up to date.
  
• If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the ‘log in with phone or email’ link on the log-in page. You will receive a one time code which will help you access the site.
  
• If you’re still having problems, please contact us

If you are unable to access paid subscription features within your account, we suggest you try the following:

• Ensure you are subscribed to one of our paid subscription plans (Daily Prices or Real Time Prices)
  
• Check that your payment method has not expired. If your payment method has expired, you can update this by logging into your account and heading to ‘payments’. Your account will be automatically upgraded.
  
• The LAA regularly audits registrations for free access to our Daily Prices subscription plan from regular customers of LAA livestock markets. Your account may not have been verified as a ‘regular customer of an LAA member market’ during an audit process. This may be because you have not regularly traded in the LAA member livestock market you listed on registration within the previous 12 months therefore your access to Market Prices will have been stopped. To upgrade your subscription you will need to log in and choose one of our paid plans: Daily or Real Time.

• If you are a LAA member or part of an LAA member livestock market, you may be waiting for manual verification by the LAA for free access to our Real Time plan. Please contact us directly.

From time to time, you may be required to log in again. This is to ensure that our LAA Market Prices data is protected and accessed in line with our terms and conditions. Sharing of accounts is not permitted.

The Enterprise subscription plan provides licencing for additional users to be added to an account.

We are keen to work with new and existing customers to create bespoke Market Prices packages through our Enterprise subscription plan to suit the specific needs of your business. We always looking for ways to develop new and exciting data sets that benefit the agricultural industry.

The publication or resale of LAA Market Prices in any form is not permitted within any of our subscription plans.

We can however offer bespoke packages and licencing through our Enterprise subscription plan to enable you to publish or re-sell LAA Market Prices, where all data is owned and attributed to the LAA.
